Indiana Child Denied Access to Transplant List

A Batesville, Indiana family is fighting to have their daughter accepted to a heart transplant list due to the families religious beliefs against vaccination. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital told the family they follow the recommendations given by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which is that all transplant recipients receive a COVID vaccine as well as a flu vaccine, and no other considerations will be given. Unless they consent to vaccination, their daughter will not be placed on the heart transplant list.

The safety and efficacy of both COVID and the annual flu vaccine is highly questionable.
