COVID Vaccine Mandates Ruled Unconstitutional For Public Sector Employees

On October 24, 2022, the New York State Supreme Court ruled in favor of 16 New York City workers who were fired due to refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. This is important to all public sector employees because now a legal precedence has been set.
