Evansville Family Sues Walgreens for Giving Kids Wrong Vaccine
A family in Evansville is suing Walgreens for giving their children the COVID-19 vaccines when they should have received the flu vaccines. Since the approval of the mRNA vaccines for children, safety signals such as seizures have been found in both the Moderna and Pfizer shots. Children’s Health Defense attorneys are set to argue in January 2024 at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals claiming a lower court erred in dismissing a CHD lawsuit to stop the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Emergency Use Authorization for childhood COVID-19 vaccines.
Children’s Health Defense Indiana will continue to follow this story.
